Frequently Asked Questions

1. What can I expect during a session?

Before your session, you’ll complete a brief questionnaire that we’ll review together. This helps me understand where you are, what you’re seeking, and what you would like to create or change. From there, each session unfolds according to your individual needs. We may explore emotions, beliefs, subconscious patterns, or energetic blocks that may be keeping you from moving forward.

2. Do I need to know exactly what I want to work on before my session?

No. You don’t need to have all the answers before you arrive. You may simply know that something doesn’t feel right, that you feel stuck, or that you’re ready for something different. We can begin there and allow the session to guide us toward what is ready to be discovered.

3. How do I know which length of session to choose?

Sessions are available in 30, 45, and 60-minute options. A 30-minute session can be a good choice when you have a specific area you’d like to focus on. A 45- or 60-minute session allows more time for exploration and deeper work. Your needs can also help guide us in determining the right amount of time.

4. What kinds of things can we work on?

People come for many different reasons. You may be navigating a life transition, looking for clarity or direction, experiencing repeating emotional patterns, wanting to feel more connected to yourself, or simply knowing that you’re ready for change. Sessions can also support your overall sense of balance and well-being.

5. Is this a replacement for medical or mental health care?

No. The work I offer is intended to support personal growth, self-awareness, and well-being and is not a substitute for medical diagnosis, treatment, psychotherapy, or other professional healthcare. You can continue working with your healthcare providers while also choosing this work as a complementary approach.

6. What might I experience after a session?

Every person and every session is different. You may notice greater clarity, a new awareness, a sense of emotional release, or simply begin to see yourself or your situation differently. Sometimes changes are subtle, and sometimes they feel more significant. There is no particular outcome you need to have—your experience is your own.

7. How do I get started?

Choose the session that feels right for you, complete the brief questionnaire, and schedule your appointment. We’ll review your answers together before beginning so that your session is centered around what matters most to you.

8. Do I need to understand Emotion Code, Faster EFT, or the other techniques before my session?

Not at all. You don’t need any previous experience or knowledge of the techniques I use. I’ll guide you through the process and use the approach that best supports what we are exploring together. Your only job is to come as you are and be open to the experience.

9. Can I have a session by phone or online?

Yes. Sessions can be offered in person, by phone, or online, giving you the flexibility to choose what feels most comfortable and convenient for you. The work does not require you to be physically present with me, so you can experience a session from wherever you are.
